Talent Vocational Training Institute (TAVOTI) exists to empower vulnerable youth through practical vocational skills, entrepreneurship training, and holistic development, helping them become self-reliant and productive members of society.
OUR STORY
How TAVOTI Began
TAVOTI was founded in response to the growing number of young people who were unable to continue formal education due to poverty, orphanhood, and other social challenges.
Inspired by the need to restore hope and dignity, the institute provides affordable vocational education that equips youth with practical skills for employment, entrepreneurship, and personal growth.
Today, TAVOTI continues to transform lives by empowering young people to discover their talents, develop their potential, and build brighter futures.

To be the leading vocational training and business resource centre in Uganda, raising self-dependent entrepreneurs who contribute to reducing unemployment and transforming communities.
