Classroom Improvements
Existing classroom facilities have been improved to provide students with a better learning environment and support effective teaching and learning
Tailoring Equipment Acquisition
Additional sewing machines have been acquired to strengthen practical training in Tailoring and Fashion Design, enabling students to gain hands-on experience with modern equipment.
Water and Electricity Installation
Access to clean water and electricity has significantly improved the institute’s ability to offer quality training and provide a conducive learning environment.
Learning Environment Improvements
Various infrastructure improvements have enhanced student welfare, safety, and the overall educational experience.
Agricultural Development Project
TAVOTI continues to expand its agricultural activities as both a learning opportunity and a sustainability initiative.Â
Project components include, crop farming, goat rearing, piggery , food productionÂ
Through these projects, students gain practical agricultural skills while contributing to food production and institutional sustainability.
School Kitchen Project
Construction and improvement of the school kitchen continue to ensure better food preparation, hygiene, and student welfare.
Training Equipment Expansion
The institute continues to acquire tools and equipment required for vocational training programs such as:
- Tailoring
- Plumbing
- Mechanics
- Agriculture
- Construction
These resources improve practical learning and increase the quality of skills training.
Learning Environment Improvements

FUTURE DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS
Our Vision for Growth
To continue transforming lives and expanding opportunities for young people, TAVOTI seeks support for the following development projects:
Vocational Workshop Construction
Dedicated practical workshops are needed for:
- Bricklaying
- Plumbing
- Mechanics
- Construction Training
Currently, some practical lessons are conducted in open spaces, making training difficult during adverse weather conditions.
Staff Facilities
Construction of staff toilets and improvement of staff welfare facilities.
Production Centre Project
TAVOTI plans to establish a Production Centre where products made by students can be displayed, marketed, and sold.
This centre will:
- Provide practical business experience
- Generate institutional income
- Promote student entrepreneurship
- Improve sustainability
Expanded Agricultural Facilities
Development of larger agricultural demonstration farms and livestock projects to strengthen training and food production.
